Retail Bonuses Allow Beginners to Earn
Retail Bonuses are designed to give new or part-time Field Reps an opportunity to earn bonuses based on their Retail Profit.
Retail Bonuses are based on your monthly Commissionable Sales (CS). The CS from the products you purchase added to the CS from the products purchased by your customers is called Personal Commissionable Sales (PCS).
Each month, you can receive a Retail Bonus of 5% to 20% based on the amount of your PCS.
Foundation Bonuses
Leveraging is one of the secrets to financial independence. This is where you can earn bonuses from the efforts of those in your team. For example:
You sign up Mary,
Mary signs up Bob,
Bob signs up Jane,
Jane signs up Fred,
Fred signs up Pat,
and Pat signs up John.
You may not know John, but you can earn Foundation Bonuses of 1% to 10% for his sales efforts.
Three Star Bonus Pools
This is where you can profit from the efforts of other Field Reps even if they are not in your organization. There are Three Star Bonus Pools: Seven-Star, Eight-Star and Nine-Star. All three pools are worth a total of 2.25% of monthly Commissionable Sales. The first 50% of each Star Club Bonus Pool is shared equally among Pool members. The remaining 50% of each Star Club Bonus Pool is prorated based on each Rep's total Personal Group Sales.

Performance & Recruiting Bonuses
The Performance Bonuses compensate you for achieving the highest ranks. There is a separate bonus for each of the Seven-, Eight- and Nine-Star ranks. As you advance in rank, you can earn all three. All three pools are worth a total of 3% of monthly Commissionable Sales.
The Recruiting Bonus Pool rewards you for your recruiting efforts. Regardless of rank, a qualifying Executive Field Rep will receive one share of this pool for each Executive Field Rep sign up. This pool is worth .75% of monthly Commissionable Sales.
